We want to upgrade to JIRA Software but are unable to move to IE 11 until the end of November. Where can I find a compatibility list for JIRA Software?

The supported platforms is at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AdminJIRAServer070/Supported+platforms

And IE 9 is not supported in JIRA Software. You have to use at least IE 10.
