As per my understanding, JIRA doesn't support file attachments if you create a ticket from Intercom using JIRA Cloud.
I like to request JIRA to consider adding this feature.
If its is somehow possible can someone please show me how?

This still isnt possible, when our support team are raising tickets its highly unlikely a ticket will be raised to dev as a bug without a screenshot or screen recording.
A work around could be to host the image online using a tool like Rackspace and pasting the URL in the description. But for us thats not really viable, makes the task of raising a ticket more difficult than it should.
