I'm evaluating JIRA and my company would like me to find out more about integrating our support case as well as other custom objects with JIRA.
Has anyone done this before? Anyone got any suggestions (like tools or vendors). Thanks in advance.

I also found this in google http://blog.wdcigroup.net/2012/05/the-restful-jira/. Seems like they are using third party tool instead of plugin. I post it here just in case someone needs the info.
