In release board, de-selection of status is not possible

In the release board, choose project overview. You now see cumulative
flow with some check boxes at the bottom to select/deselect on the
graph.

Click on the checkbox, the page is reloaded with the old selections
itself. Deselction is not possible.

I was able to deselect the checkboxes you mentioned, using a personal version of GreenHopper 6. There may be something wrong with your JIRA or GreenHopper server. Do you see any errors in the logs?

This definitely isn't the intended behavior, but I don't think it is a bug either. Our support team will be able to figure out the issue. Head over to support.atlassian.com and they can give you a hand.

Let us know the resolution here if you decide to go that route.
