Unfortunately, Jira Cloud does not have a functionality to sum the estimation of sub-tasks to their related parents. We have a feature request created with our development team to get it implemented:

Sum estimates from sub-tasks in user stories 

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

As a workaround, you can use third-party plugins. Here are some options:

1. Use the calculated number field from Scriptrunner to properly sum the sub-task estimations. You can check some options using Scriptrunner checking the comments in this feature request.
2. Sum it up! app provides an easy way to sum-up your estimations to the related parent issue.
