In Jira latest Version on Ubuntu 20 Autostart not working

Hello ,

 

i installed Ubuntu 20 with Jira 8.13 . In Installation you are get asked. You want "Autostart"

. But this is not working.

There also an other Dokumentation . And not with this Run Jira as a systemd service on linux | Jira | Atlassian Documentation

What is the error message the start up is reporting?   What do systemctl status and journalctl -xe report immediately after you run the start?

That multipathd error you are getting could also be the root cause, it's telling you that your disks are not configured right or possibly not available (usually happens when a VM has not been set up correctly)
