I have used the import wizard and test has come through, but shows the issue type as a bug and not a test. How do I fix this?
During import, map the CSV’s “Issue Type” column to Jira’s “Issue Type” field and ensure values match your project’s issue types (e.g., “Test”). If the CSV lacks this column, add it or edit the import settings to manually set the type to Test.
Hi @Jane McCusker , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.
Did you import through the Zephyr wizard or did you use the Jira import to do this? I don't think it will be possible to transform the Bug, which is a Jira issue type, into a Test or Test Case, which is an app artefact in Zephyr so you will likely need to delete the Bug and try to re-import the Test.
Please refer to the documentation if you need more help - https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-squad-cloud/docs/en/test-cases/import-test-cases.html
You can also reach out to the vendor as well if needed - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1014681/zephyr-squad-test-management-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support

Hi, I used the Zephyr Wizard. It's showing in the Test Cases list but has an Issue Type of Bug. Need it to show as a test by default.
