Import CSV - "Label" custom type not in the drop down list

Hi,

I try to import a list of "Problem Report"  using CSV Import functionality but I'm not able to select from mapping list "Label". Jira Label.png

 

There is no option of "Label" in the list.

The Jira version is v9.4.7

Hi @Claudiu ,

Welcome to the community !!

This can be because the Label field is not present in the respective Create Issue Screen for that issue type in that project.

Workaround:

  1. Add the Label field in Create issue screen for the issue type required. The field should
  2. Try to import issues from Administration > System > External System Import > CSV. Your jira admins can help here.

I asked our Jira Administrator to update that and now is working as expected!
