Hello Folks,

I am new to JIRA. I am trying to install JIRA for the last few days. I followed the official JIRA installation guide on the Atlassian website. While installing JIRA my browser could not connect to https://localhost:8080. It says "Site is unreachable". When I look at the startup.bat file and run it on the command line I got the following output.  After that, I checked my environmental variables > JAVA_HOME and JRE_HOME

JAVA_HOME: C:\Progra~2\Java\jdk1.8.0_202

JRE_HOME: C:\Progra~2\Java\jre1.8.0_202

I tried every possible solution online but the output is the same

Please someone help me! How can I resolve it?

Hi!

I do recommend to start from windows package.

Otherwise you need to double check windows path related to the JVM.

And put the JDK or JRE related to the adoptJDK, or other.
