IP Address Inaccessible after recent update

We run an intranet portal that accesses jira for templux time tracking.

Since the jira update two days ago we are getting the following error. See attachement.

Had to adjust Tempo IP range after Atlassian changed our range. This also required a change by atlassian because we could not add IPs to the whitelist

Could you please try to attach the file or the logs again? So we'll be able to help you.

Also, perhaps you should raise a new support ticket for advanced assistance.
