Hi @Yashvant Ghonsikar ,

Are you migrating from Company managed project to Team managed project?

=> The story points will not be retained as we have different fields from different projects.

My both projects are Team managed project. but in source project i see story point and in destination project i see story point estimation.
How it is possible?

Hi @Yashvant Ghonsikar ,

To do migration kindly follow some steps to get it done :

=> Create a new team managed project which you want to migrate those tickets.

=> Make sure that you have the necessary status and fields in the newly created team managed project so that you can map the necessary details from the old project to a new project.

=> In the Old team managed project, Go to the Issues => View all Issues => In the filter select the project (Old project) and filter the tickets.

=> Then on the top right corner select the Bulk change => Move issues => Select the issues (tickets) that you want to migrate and map the necessary status and fields and confirm.

=> It will migrate those tickets and it will take some time to migrate based on the quantity of the tickets.

Hi @Yashvant Ghonsikar ,

Kindly check whether you have project admin access for both the projects. Then you can able to see the targeted project.

=> Story points, Epic link, Sprints and all you won't be retain in the project.

=> Other than that you can get all the attachments, comments, Custom fields data.
