I have to create a few Jira Dashboard with below details:

Dash board with available hours, allocated hours, spent hours for each Engineer on monthly to check the loading of all the engineer.Dashboard with time spent on each activity like test case, test execution, test report review, test script creation, reviews, meeting , KT, abc1, abc2 etc by each Engineer and also for consolidated data of all the Engineers.please let me know  if any one can help on this.thanks in advance

I believe you cannot get this information from the Jira standard dashboard gadgets. You could use the 2-dimensional table gadget, but it will not give you a sum of all data. If you are looking for a marketplace solution, I recommend Mindpro Insights. I work at Mindpro, and this app was developed to be simple and easy to use. You can create and share interactive dashboards that can be adapted when you click on a chart segment, for example.

Just to illustrate this, I quickly created a simple dashboard with a mix of pre-loaded and custom gadgets. I added two table gadgets, one with the original estimate and another one with the time spent by assignee and issue type:
