If you already purchased the plugin, you can find the license key for it in your MyAtlassian account (http://my.atlassian.com/). After copy your license, you can update the license details following the instructions in the link below:

If you're still stuck, please explain where - "I cannot generate the licence" doesn't tell us what step is going wrong.
