I have two Cloud Jira software.
in first i am an admin and in the second i'm just a user.
But in "user Jira" there is no email notification preferences in my profile. Why?

These preferences were recently added on Jira, they started rolling this out last week, so not all instances have this option yet.
I sent a message to the team responsible for this new feature to check if there is any ETA and when I have a response, I’ll post here.

The feature was released to 100% of the instances now. Please, check your profile and let us know if it’s showing the notification options.
