I am unable to complete sprint as it is greyed out

I have the permissions to Manage the sprint yet whenever I want to close the sprint the button is greyed out and I am told that I do not have the correct permissions needed for this.

There is only the one project on the boards and this is the project that I have the permission for.

Please if anyone can help I would be eternally grateful.

Hi Liam,

make sure you have the Manage Sprints permission in the right project.

Are you trying it from the board that owns the sprint?

Are there issues from different projects in that sprint? If that is the case, you need manage sprint permission in all that projects.

I managed to sort out the problem, The filter share was restricted which wouldnt allow them to edit the cards.
