I am having an issue with creating a survey when closing an EQP - Ticket.
I followed the below instructions however, I do not see Project settings > Satisfaction settings.
Turning CSAT surveys on and off
When you create a new service project, customer satisfaction surveys are turned on by default. Project administrators can turn customer feedback on or off for a service project:
Is there a different process or do I need additional permissions to create surveys?
Any help is appreciated.
