How to use JIRA JQL to send e-mail notification?

If we have one JQL filter and want to send mail to some people?

Please advise how to do it, thank you!

But our filter is the following example:

project = TEST AND status in ("A", "B", "C") AND priority in (Highest, High, Medium) AND A_TEST = abc

if meet then sent to our custom filed : PS,PL

You could create a subscription by specifying a recipient and frequency. More details:

- Go to Filters-> View all filters

- Click (...)-> Manage Subscriptions

- Define the recipient (it could be a group of people defined in JIRA) and frequency

Can you create a group to include the recipients of the email? Or do you require them to be in a custom field?
