How to understand '85% of the time, issues have moved out of this status by now.' in Jira insights

Hi, I'm using the Jira insights function to check the stuck,blocked,flagged issue in board or sprint. I notice that in stuck part, there is a tip about '85% of the time, issues have moved out of this status by now'. On Every board the number of '85%' is same, even though the number of stuck issues are different on different board.

I'd like to know how to calculate the result of '85% of time'. Is it about 85% of time of all the issues in all projects in Jira?

这个看起来是该 Issue 在某个状态停留的时间太长了，停留时长占总生命周期时长的80%以上，就会识别为 stuck。

”总生命周期时长“是指这个需求，还是这个board中的所有需求？

坦白说：这个太细节了，我没自己算过。不过，我推测是：这个 issue 从创建到当前时间，所经历的周期时间。
