How to transfer/duplicate the status from Jira Softwareproject to ServiceDesk ticket ?

Hello Marina,

Welcome to Atlassian community.

I understand that you are trying to add a status in a  Service Desk project Workflow that you are already using in a software project workflow. Have I understood it correctly?

To do it, you just need to do the following:

- Navigate to your Service Desk project > Project Settings > Workflows > Click to edit it

- In Diagram mode, Click to add a new status > Type the name of the status you would like to add

- The status from other projects will be automatically displayed to be added:
