Hi everyone

I create an object scheme in insight for our employees(named HR) with information such as employee department, employee id, username and ...

Now i want to show this information in jira detail view of that request,  for anyone that create the request.

Please help me, this is very important to me to show this information. 🙏🙏

Hi @Rasa,

You'll need to configure an assets custom field and add that to your request view. This support article describes the different steps to do this.

To allow people to search on multiple attributes of your assets, you'll need to specify those in the user interaction section of the field configuration.

You might find that some parts of the configuration are a bit technical. So definitely also dig deeper into the different links in the article about:

  • learning more about configuring the assets object field;
  • learn more about AQL (you'll need that to select the correct object type from your schema)
  • request types (you will have to add your assets object field to your request types)

Hope this helps!
