How to set up a Bug writing surface, where the community can report Bugs?

We saw this surface where Bugs can be directly created as Jira bugs:

Now we are wondering how to set up such a system and what we need to do this.
Can anybody help?

Hello @Khira Niemeier ,

This is indeed possible. In order to accomplish, do the following:

1.In your JSM project add Bug as an Issue type

2.Then for your request types, create a new request type that will have the issue type of a Bug in it

3.Create an automation rule in your JSM project:

This is of course only the example, change it to suit your needs.
