I have some questions regarding the best way for me to set up boards and lists to manage our incoming leads. We want to manage them by prospect/customer name but be able to track each inquiry separately. For example, I want to track each lead inquiry for Pam under her name with each product as its own card. Does that make sense and is it feasible?
I have other questions all related to tracking leads.
