I'm using Jira for some time now but when I create an issue/ticket, it goes automatically to the backlog. How do I create a ticket and it goes directly into the first pipeline column? (in my case it's "ready for development").

Well, the first answer is, of course, you shouldn't. That is what the backlog is for. To prioritize before starting work on it.
But if you want too, then you will have to put the Status into the column in the board's configuration.
