How to get issues from one jira installation in a second jira installation.

I'm looking for ways to feed issues into our Jira installations from within the Jira installation from one of our customers. Any ideas on this?

Could be done with e-mail integration I guess, but are there other ways?

Any good plugins available?

Another option is to make use of the remote APIs in JIRA. Email integration might be a simpler option as it can be done without much development!
