How to get a snapshot of a JIRA project

Hi, I would like to know how to get a snapshot of an entire JIRA project. (with all the tickets in it, their status, all attachments/mockups, etc etc) so that if I want to restore that in the future it will load the entire JIRA project just as it is today!

You will have to backup the enitre instance.

You can then restore the project alone at a later stage if needed.

Hi Christian

You make a full backup of your current instance, and when needed you give it to the target Jira and then use "project import": - it will read the whole import file and pull out the project you select.

Hope it helps,
Ricardo Carracedo.

Thank you very much Ricardo!
