How to execute test from Jira-xray and get the report back automatically?

• We are using Xray test management in Jira.
• Our CI/CD environment is Bamboo.
• We are using Cucumber for automation testing.

The integration between Xray and Bamboo is done by configuring Test plan (Xray Export, Xray Import tasks). But everytime I am creating new test plan and providing the unique key manually.  Also I need to run the bamboo plan manually to get a test instance created in Jira. 

How I can configure everything so that I run a test from Jira and then all the next steps gets done automatically and provide me the test result back in Jira?
