How to enable another user modify my filter query and save it under their name.

I created a new filter query under my name. I want to allow another user to modify the filter query and save it under their own name. How can I do that?

On Jira Cloud you can only allow other users to view your filter, there is no option to allow other users to edit a filter. There are requests to have this feature added, see JRACLOUD-67452.
