Hi all,
I'm using Jira 5.1.5 and Greenhopper 6.0.4.
I would like to display on a wall screen the burndown chart of my active sprint. I shared a rapid view configured in mode report > burndown chart. All logged users can access this view and get the burndown chart successfully.
However, for the wall screen, I don't have any jira account, so I cannot logged into Greenhopper and access this rapid view, and I don't find any way to display this burndown in a Jira dashboard. There's a Greenhopper Wallboard gadget, I can find the rapid view here, but I can't choose the display mode, the rapid board is displayed in 'work' mode.
How can I display this burndown chart?
Thanks
Hey there, Maxime.
There is an Improvement request on this. Please refer to the following report:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-6467
You can add it to your watch list and vote for the issue to increase the popularity so that the developer will consider this in the future.
Warm regards,
Danial
Without the ability to login to JIRA and show a dashboard your only option is to print out the burndown and stick it up every day or alternatively draw it on a white board or something.
On a JIRA Dashboard you can use an Agile gadget from Atlassian which has different tabs: Info/Hours/Isses/Flow/Burndown/Burnup/Velocity. You choose the fixVersion and project context from dropdowns. I have not yet tried this gadget when using sprint rather than fixVersion in GH6.
