@Thomas Deiler  with the xml file i want to create new issue and the file will be uploaded in the ftp and from ftp we want to create issue with xml file

Dear @Rajesh Ramankutty ,

I assume that you would like to create those issues automatically. With standard Jira functionality, you can create them with the REST API. This means, you have to write a script/program, that fetches XML files from ftp and creates the issues via REST in Jira. All done periodically.

Possible - medium effort for a senior developer.
