How to create a email notification from a current notification?

Hi,

I have a postfunction which, while creating a Issue, sends an email notification to the client .... is there an option to make a button inside this notification that creates next email and send to another client?

Hi there,

Do you want this button to be inside the post function or inside the email notification?

The options seems to be add a new post function to send to another customer. If you are using the Service Desk, you can use automations too.

Thanks for the response,

The button should be inside the email notification that the user can click"Confirm" or "Reject". If press "Confirm" then the next email notification is sent to another user.
