How to copy date from one field to another

For Project - XYProduct and Issue Type -Change, there are  2 fields exists

1) Start date

2) Target date

So whenever i update "Start date", it should automatically capture the value of Start date into Target date and If i modify Start date then it should automatically reflects in Target date, so basically whatever the value in Start date , it should be reflected in Target date.

Please note the change to be reflected only to Project - XYProduct and Issue Type -change  NOT to another issue type in same project.

I suspect you could do it with a listener.  I suggest you look in the forum or web for jira listener
