How to connect to external Oracle Database

Hi all,

I m new to JIRA and trying to connect JIRA to an external Oracle Database.

Do we have to create 'schema' for Oracle? If we do, how to do so?

If not, does it mean that once JIRA connected to database, it will generate the tables, views and so on automatically?

This is all you need to do.

JIRA will create tables, views etc.
