I'm looking for a way to automate the periodic sending of SMS to inform users of ticket creation and SLA expiration.
This is to support a ServiceDesk project required for a 24x7 support service.
We want that when a ticket is raised, an SMS is send to a support service contact (mobile number).
Also we would like to receive an SMS every 5 minutes when for example a SLA threshold reaches 50% for a Highest priority incident.
Is this possible? How to configure or what plugins to use?
For sure I'm not the first one needing such a feature :)
