Our support agents use signatures (such as Best regards, ...) while exchanging comments with customers. For this purpose they use the Canned responses button.
Is there any way (maybe some apps) to use automatic predefined signatures? Like in Gmail, for example?

When it comes to agent signatures, currently the only option is to use Canned Responses.
For Cloud, there is a feature request suggesting to add this option:
