I have changed my application to another server, and I would like access to the information from the other installation that is already unpainted.

@Yared Rosario Can you be more clear about what you are trying to do? If you are looking for accessing data from previous JIRA database, and it has not been deleted yet, then you can just simply connect to the JIRA database using an appropriate database client utility and access the information from the database tables.
