I’m currently working on a project where we need to streamline our workflows and improve project tracking by integrating SAP servers with Jira. I’ve heard that this integration can help us manage both business processes and IT tasks more efficiently, but I’m not sure where to begin.
Has anyone here worked with integrating SAP and Jira? What are the best methods or tools to sync data between the two systems? I’m particularly interested in automatically tracking tasks, issues, and performance metrics from SAP in Jira, and vice versa.
Any advice on plugins, API usage, or configuration tips would be greatly appreciated!
