How do you update the options in a drop down menu?

I have a drop down menu with different terms and need to add some future terms for upcoming projects. I do not see an option to just update the list that is currently there.

Depends on which menu you mean?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

That is not a menu, it is a field.

You add / change / remove Options in custom fields by going to admin -> custom fields -> <this field> -> Configure

this would be the menu I am referring to. I just want to be able to add to this.
