I would like to see the sub-task's parent story' story points. Our setup is Epic > Story > Sub-Task.
This is the query I am running, though I am not sure how to make derived columns.
project = ABC AND assignee in (me) ORDER BY updated DESC
I would like to see the story points for the sub-tasks I (or my team) has worked on.
I am not sure if I am doing this in the correct place, I have used other Agile and Dev Ops tools in the past but not much with JIRA so I am a bit green.
Hi @Grahame Cenkner ,
Search and add Story points field in the columns list. After adding the story points fields you can see the story points in sub-tasks.
Thank you @Bunty for the quick reply,
Hmm, I have added story points but it does not display on the sub-task, only the stories them selfs (if they end up being in the list).
Perhaps there is another setting to allow this?

I am new to JIRA, so I may also be missing doing or understanding something that is normal.

Looking at the screen, I am assuming that that sub-task was just assigned points, it is not showing the points of the parent task.
Or perhaps there is a stetting in our system that is not allowing this to act the same.
