I am trying to integrate JIRA and Zendesk, and following your instructions has lead me to find the installation tab under plugins under administration. This tab, however, does not appear when Administrator Users try to access it. Upon reviewing the integration instructions, I noticed that it is specified that a System Administrator User, rather than an Administrator User, must be conducting the integration. How do I upgrade the privilege level of my administrator account so that I can carry on with the integration?

The ZenDesk plugin should already be installed in your JIRA OnDemand instance. If it is not, you should contact Atlassian Support and report this as a problem so that they can install it for you.
Only atlassian staff has System Administrator privileges in the OnDemand environment, in order to keep our customers from abusing the permission defacing all our servers with nyancats.
