How do i report broken links for JIRA documentation? I recieved an e-mail from Hercules with suggestions on how to fix some errors in our logs, but 2 out of the 4 links do not work for me. I've pasted them below. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

It has something to do with my work and probably the firewall or websense rules. I tried from my home computer and the sites came up with no issue at all. Thank you all very much for your time and efforts it was very helpful to see that no one else had this problem and it was just me.

Azwandi Mohd Aris -- could you please try the links again? the still might be working for you, but they had changed and were not correct. I just changed them back to the correct URLs.

One way is to comment on the knowledge base article. Alternatively - probably the proper way - is to open a JIRA request with the component 'Documentation'.

One amendment to this - for Hercules broken links specifically, you can raise issues in http://support.atlassian.com.

Jeremy I'm not sure what you did to my URLs but I had to change them back because they were not pointing to the correct location. Where do I open a JIRA request? At the JIRA support site do i open a new issue for JIRA, Confluence or is there an option for Documentation?

Sorry Chris, I did that because the page wasn't rendering correctly. Let me clarify a bit. If the problem is a confirmed broken link, you can open a documentation request in http://jira.atlassian.com (where we handle bugs). If it's a possible environment issue (which it seems like it's possible that it is, as those links are working for me and others), you can open a support request at http://support.atlassian.com. In both cases, you'll pick JIRA as the project (as you're working in JIRA). In the case of reporting a bug on jira.atlassian.com, you'd pick the documentation component.

It works on my safari and firefox on mac (but for some reasons that site is down at the moment). Meanwhile, you might want to use google cache? (1) http://goo.gl/3kEEH (2) http://goo.gl/kSKju

The two links do not work for me. They just spin their wheels for a while and then FireFox returns one of it's error pages saying something is wrong. Can you get to the wiki pages? Maybe it is just me.

Actually, what is broken? The doc, the link, or the JIRA?

I agree it is not jira or confluence, but those were the only suggestions i got from the wizard. I changed it to jira-knowledge-base since that is more specific.

tagged incorrectly - not a jira or confluence q, but rather atlassian-documentation
