How do I filter work log description and comments in the filter screen of Jira

So my team enters the description of what has been done on a ticket on a particular day in the work log description and charges hour for the same, if I want to see in the filter screen with the rest of the details, how do I do it?

Same for comments, the comments that are added, is there anyway that they can be seen in the filter screen?
