How do I create a ticket in a different project from a base project?

I have a requirement which involves in creating tickets in different project based on the fields selected/filled in the base project. Is that possible through JIRA Cloud? If yes, does anyone know how to set that up?

Hi,

This does not exist in Jira, as the first thing you need to select when creating an issue is the project that the issue will be created in.

You may be automatically move things afterward using scripting of some kind, but this will be coding that you'd have to write.
