I added a new component to existing Jira tickets.  I want to be able to pull those into a table that I can share with stakeholders.

Hello @Nadia and welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I understand that you want to create a table with the "Component" information in the Jira issues. To do this, you can prepare a JQL query and add "Component" to the columns section. You can set it up as shown in the screenshot I sent. Additionally, you can export this table.Screenshot 2025-01-23 at 10.59.29 PM.png

Hello @Nadia

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are those stakeholders licensed users of Jira?

If so, then you can create a filter query to select the issues that have the specified component. Save that filter query. Share the filter with the stakeholders.

Create a Dashboard and select one of the available gadgets that will present the information in a form you like (i.e. Filter Results gadget). In the gadget configuration select the filter you saved as the data source for the gadget. Make other configuration changes for the gadget as needed. Save the Dashboard and share the Dashboard with the stakeholders.
