I have the cloud version of Xray. The documentation I read doesn't provide clear instruction on how I can configure in a folder structure.
Here is the link I found on the how to:
https://confluence.xpand-addons.com/display/XRAY/Test+Repository
Thank you!

I have started using Xray cloud last week, and my first reflex before jumping into testing for a project is to create a test repo or a test bank, that would later be used for regression testing.
In order to not 'pollute' or bombard existing projects with Test tickets/issues, i have created a different project to act as a 'test bank' across all the projects. So in the actual project, i just need to create a Test Execution and Test Plan, and pull the related Test Sets from the test bank project. This is my workaround while waiting for the Test Repo feature to be available on cloud.
Not sure of the effect of this workaround on the reporting though, as the tests are not created in the project itself.
Really looking forward to the Test Repo to be available on cloud version.

Syamil

You need to turn on the option under Global Setting for Xray. Did you try that?

I'm in the specified project. Which menu item is the setting on?

Hi @Marianne Dulau,
it seems that you were looking at the documentation of Xray for Jira Server (on-premises). The correct documentatio for Xray for Jira Cloud is: https://confluence.xpand-addons.com/display/XRAYCLOUD
Although similar, Xray for Jira server and Xray for Jira cloud are different products, based on different techologies, with a different lifecycle. You can find out the differences between the two products here: https://confluence.xpand-addons.com/display/XRAYCLOUD/Xray+Server+and+Xray+Cloud
We don't have yet the Test Repository in Xray Cloud. It's part of our roadmap (https://confluence.xpand-addons.com/display/XRAYCLOUD/Roadmap).
We're gradually deploying features for Xray Cloud, every month we're releasing a bunch of new and great features.
As Xray for Jira Server is a product with more than 4 years, there is still a gap to Xray Cloud. We're closing that gap as fast as we can. The good news is that we're doing things even better and in an improved way, based on the lessons we learned in the past.
Note: thanks @Krishnanand Nayak for your help btw.
Regards,
Sergio

Hi @Nicolas ZANGARI,
thanks :)
This is our public roadmap for Xray Cloud: https://confluence.xpand-it.com/display/XRAYCLOUD/Roadmap . We have other features to be done inbetween thus the Test Repository will most probably be addressed during 2019.
By the way, the correct Jira project for tracking Xray Cloud developments is this one: https://jira.xpand-it.com/browse/XRAYCLOUD
I've create the epic on that project, so please feel free to vote on it:
https://jira.xpand-it.com/browse/XRAYCLOUD-540
