How to have projects as top hierarchy to show full timeline of the Project?
Stakeholders want a blue-line for the Project as well as Themes. Epic etc.
He wants to see the full timeline start to finish for each project is that possible?? Cant seem to find it?? Help please

You used to be able to use Jira Plans (formerly known as Advanced Roadmaps) to visualize themes on a roadmap, but this functionality is no longer possible. There is a potential workaround for you (see link above).
You can also use an app like ours (Visor) to create roadmaps (using the Gantt chart view) with greater flexibility over the organization and hierarchies of your projects data (you can also import multiple projects and visualize them on the same roadmap (example below).
Soon you will be able to group issues on a Gantt chart based on any dropdown field (i.e. project, initiative, or theme too).
