JIRA doesn't support multiple field entries like that, fields are single entities.
I've not seen any add-ons that reliably provide anything like that either, it just seems no-one has written one.
But, I'd suggest a look at the table editor add-ons for JIRA - the two that are at the top of the list on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?application=jira&category=&cost=&hosting=&marketingLabel=&q=table both provide tables where you could define "type" as one column and "barcode" as another, and users can enter many lines.
Or, if you want to do serious inventory management in JIRA head for https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.riadalabs.jira.plugins.insight/server/overview
Ok, thank you Nic. When i researched information about custom fields i find mistake in https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-a-custom-field-776636423.html In paragraph "Tips for custom fields". You have a wrong url Atlassian Marketplace .

Might want to report that to Atlassian.
