How can i create a issue without issue "Summary" and "Description"

HI,

I have created one screen named as "TestScreen", this include the cutom fields only

1. TestCF1

2. TestCF2

I have configured this issue to the project "TestProject". When i create a issue for "TestProject" the following message is shown,

"Summary : You must specified the summary of the issue".

But i am not configure "Summary" field in the "TestScreen". How can i remove the "Summary" and "Description" fields in custom screen.

Summary field is required and cannot be avoided.
