How can edit the jira-application.properties file?

Hi All,

I'd like to ask you for suggestion: I have to set the safe backup path, but when I open this property file I don't know where to write the jira.paths.safe.backup.path.

This file seems to me a readme file with advices andexamples. Where to put this info.

I attach the property file.
