I wanted to remove tabs not used in our change request issue screen. But I can't find where I could disable them. I created my own screen scheme with customised create, edit, and view screens. But still the tabs are visible. We want our change request form to be simple without unnecessary fields.

It's possible to disable the tabs.
Project settings >> Change Management >> Risk insights >> Uncheck the boxes.
You need to edit the screen in use. Go to Admin -> Issues -> Screens (Read the screen scheme to see what screens the scheme is using)

The 3 tabs are not configured in the Issue Type Screen Scheme. It seems no place to remove them because in JSM, risk assessment on changes & incidents, as well as changes & incidents are interrelated.

Ah, yes, these can't be removed, they're a part of JSM.

Did creating customer screen help? I have tried creating a new screen and screen scheme and for some reason it is still there.
