How can I get a list of all issues from project A that do have links to any issues from project B

I have only been able to accomplish this with this plugin:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.craftforge.jira.craftforge-jql-functions-plugin

There may be another way to do this with SQL or the API, but if you want to stay in the interface then this plugin works great.
